This page explains what information Apex Web Management ("Apex", "we", "us") collects through apexwebmgmt.com, what we do with it, and how to reach us about it. We keep it short because we collect very little.
What we collect
- Information you send us. When you request a project or book a discovery call, you give us details such as your name, email address, organization, and a description of your project. You choose what to include.
- Email. If you email hello@apexwebmgmt.com, we receive your email address and whatever you write.
- Basic technical data. Like any website, our hosting provider receives your IP address and browser details when your browser loads a page. We use privacy-friendly analytics that do not use cookies to see aggregate visit counts.
What we do not do
- This site does not set tracking cookies and does not show cookie banners.
- We do not sell your information or share it for advertising.
- Fonts on this site are hosted on our own domain, so loading the page does not send your details to a font provider.
How we use your information
We use what you send us to reply to you, scope and price your project, and deliver the work. If you do not become a client, we may keep your inquiry for a reasonable period in case you contact us again, and we delete it on request.
Services we rely on
- Calendly handles discovery-call booking. Information you enter there is handled under Calendly's own privacy policy.
- Cloudflare hosts this website and delivers it to your browser, and may provide analytics.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@apexwebmgmt.com and we will respond within one business day.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
